About Us
Our sustainability objectives are broader than simply being greener with the products and services we deliver. We manage risk, reduce costs, protect the environment and provide a safe place to work.
We started our business in 1922, under the name Asphalt Cold Mix Ltd. The name came from the innovative asphalt spraying process we pioneered and patented.
Since then, there have been a few significant changes as we’ve grown, including being acquired by Shell and joining the global Colas Group.
